PaperbackÛ Blindsight PDF EPUB ì blindsight mobile, Blindsight ePUBI love to read gripping medical thrillers and just came across this series last month with book #12 Genesis The characters and plot were so well written that I had to find the first in the series and start catching up I am surprised to say the least that Jack Stapleton isn't part of this novel yet just Dr Laurie Montgomery a forensic pathologist working for the Office of Chief Medical Examiner in NYC I'm giving this a lower rating because I personally don't like stories involving crime families

PaperbackÛ Blindsight PDF EPUB ì blindsight mobile, Blindsight ePUBI bought this book new when it was on clearance and it has been sitting on my bookshelf for 18 years or so I don't know why I put it off so long; I think I forgot how much I like Robin Cook's books So I finally decided to try and get some of the older books off the bookshelf and started with this one This book was fantastic It combined a pathologist opthamologist police detective and some organized crime thugs into a very interesting and page turning story I entered the military only a few years after this book was published and I can remember countless hours in classes on sexual harassment and discrimination This book shed a little light onto why it was such a hot topic at the time The main character Laurie Montgomery was an attractive young woman and would often get chastised or harassed for being a forensic pathologist for the office of the Medical Examiner Men would treat her like a model than give her credit for being a medical doctor I just found it interes

PaperbackÛ Blindsight PDF EPUB ì blindsight mobile, Blindsight ePUBI read this book to fulfill the medical condition category of a reading challenge and wish that I had not wasted my time One of the most frustrating things about this book for me was that it was recommended to me by a librarian I visited the public library in my new home town for the first time and decided to ask for a recommendation I was a little skeptical when I picked up the book but I thought that I should be open minded Turns out that it is possible to be so open minded that your brains fall out The review that I posted above sums up some of the issues that I had with the book The characters were weak Also I found the book filled with some racist undertones As I was reading the book I started making a list of each racist or stereotypical comment I encountered Since so much time has passed and I misplaced the paper I am going to go from memory In an effort to be descriptive the author let’s us know the ethnic backgrounds of several side chara

PaperbackÛ Blindsight PDF EPUB ì blindsight mobile, Blindsight ePUBI had previously read Vector in this series which I picked up because I have a weakness for infectious disease outbreaks in fiction I liked the characters so much I thought I'd go back and try the rest of this series This is the first book though Jack Stapleton does not appear in this one and is the first one to showcase Dr Laurie Montgomery It isn't as good as Vector but I did like the story of corruption in the organ donation field I really enjoyed the detec
